Aid For Friends:
Holy Martyrs has been part of the Aid for Friends organization since 1979. We have
many cooks who contribute meals on a regular basis. We have a few
people who serve as visitors and some who drive when needed.
Volunteer cooks donate the food and prepare the meals at home. The
meals are then brought to the freezer in the Church basement for
storage. All supplies are provided for the volunteers. Visitors are
always needed. Taking seven meals per week to a client/friend and
spending some time visiting with them is all that is required.
Please consider joining in the efforts of this truly Christian
organization.
